Phantom Thief Jeanne (神風怪盗ジャンヌ (かみかぜかいとう ジャンヌ) Kamikaze Kaitō Jannu) is a manga series written and illustrated by Arina Tanemura. The series was serialized in Ribon and published into seven volumes by Shueisha. The manga was republished into six volumes in 2007.

It was originally published by CMX Manga in English. In 2014, Viz Media began publishing the series.[1] A forty-four episode anime was adapted from the series and aired from February 1999 to January 2000. In June 2000, an artbook of Kamikaze Kaito Jeanne was published.

SynopsisEdit

High school student Maron Kusakabe has a secret: she’s Phantom Thief Jeanne. She sneaks into private art collections to steal paintings in which demons reside. Jeanne’s task is to seal the demons before they can devour human hearts. So far she’s been able to evade the police on her midnight outings, but now another thief has come onto the scene—Phantom Sinbad—and he’s trying to take the paintings before she does!
